Great cooking is not just about recipes, it's about technique ! We will inspire you to create dish after dish from countries all over the world, and teach you skills to make you a culinary star.

Located in the stunning hills of Terranora, with breath-taking views over the Tweed Valley to Mt.Warning (the sleeping giant), in a peaceful modern Bali style atmosphere (just 10 mins from Coolangatta airport).

Debra (GF cookbook author endorsed by Coeliac Australia, speaker, consultant and Food Safety Supervisor) along with her assistant Barb will guide you through, step by step.
Starting from how to plan and prepare each dish using fresh local ingredients, to cooking, plating up and food styling tips.

You will then be able to sit down and enjoy each dish you have created, while looking out to those amazing view of the Tweed.

You will leave with a personalised certificate, gained confidence in your kitchen skills and memories of a great day out, filled with fun and laughter.
